FAQ: The Shellaxed Lowdown
Shipping & Fulfillment
How long until I can Get Shellaxed in my new gear? Because we value quality, each item is made specifically for you when you order. It usually takes 2–4 business days (depending on the item) to fulfill an order, plus shipping time. We’ll send you a tracking number so you can stalk your package in peace.
What is your shipping policy? Shipping costs and time depends on the item, the print provider, and which shipping option you choose at checkout. Check out our full Shipping Policy to view the specifics.
Do you ship internationally? Right now, we are focused on our fans in the United States.
Orders & Returns
Can I change my order? Our fulfillment partners move fast (sometimes faster than our morning coffee kicks in). You have a 2-hour window after ordering to email us with any changes. After that, the "Just Don’t" rule applies—it’s likely already in production.
What is your return policy? Since every item is made-to-order specifically for you, we don’t settle for "buyer's remorse." However, if your item arrives damaged or the print is wonky (it happens to the best of us), contact us within 14 days with a photo, and we’ll make it right. We don't want you salty about our shirts or our service.
Product Care
How do I keep my shirt looking fresh? To keep the prints sharp and the fabric soft, wash your tees inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. Don’t iron the design—nothing ruins a vibe faster than a melted logo.
Are your candles safe for my sanctuary? Absolutely. We focus on clean-burning escapes. Our candles are designed to help you tune out the world without adding any toxic "nonsense" to your air.

Who is Shellaxed? We are a designer-led brand based in Georgia. We aren’t a giant corporate machine; we’re a small business dedicated to the introverts, the beach bums, the procrastinators, and the guys and gals that have a sense of humor.
